Report CPR- Feb 4, 2010 08:22PM So frustrated I cannot open any of my office files, Word, Excel etc.. (I have office 2003 on a Windows XP vs 5.2 2002 OS). If someone knows how to download this update without losing internet, please share. I even tried a static IP but even that wouldn't fix it.
