Just mysteriously disappeared. Use SendLater Pro Edition to set up repetitive follow-up emails at comprehensive time intervals, attach documents to the scheduled delayed e-mail with DocTrack feature. Using the same "Defer delivery by a number of minutes" rule on an IMAP account in Outlook 2016 RTM works fine. Emails will be sent even when Microsoft Outlook is not running.

- If you configure your Outlook Client NOT to use Caching Mode, you can close your Outlook Client and the mail will be sent as scheduled.

I do not use cached exchanged mode, yet i still get a prompt when close outlook that says the message will not send unless my outlook is open. Outlook had a hard crash - required shut down. This applies when the Internet access is slow and large emails can ‘hog’ the limited bandwidth. I have tried un-checking the option, re-starting outlook, rebooting and every time I come back the delated delivery option is checked.
I try to send delayed delivery emails, but then I logout when I am not using my computer, so the message does not send until I log back in. The first set of emails gets sent out at 11AM without an issue.
