Rollup 2 was installed about 2 months ago and I was able to still use my MCE remote to change channels on my Dish Network receiver. Thanks. The issue is that after waking the computer it takes 15-25 seconds before the remote/blaster is working again, so when waking it automatically to record a scheduled program it is unable I do have the latest IR drivers installed as I'd hoped that that would fix the issue prior to posting my original post. Just to make sure, have you tried the other workarounds that I listed at http://blogs.msdn.com/astebner/archive/2005/10/24/484423.aspx as well? devices aren't ‘found' again until you force a reboot or disconnect the USB-plug and reconnect it..
