You may copy the needed configuration lines from the default FCKeditor configuration settings (sites/all/modules/fckeditor/fckeditor/fckconfig.js), the lines in fckeditor.config.js will override most settings.

No body field. Assigning FCKeditor access just to the "authenticated user" role alone won't allow the editor to show up for me. Users that already are in that directory (yes, it worked before) have directories also owner Apache, permission set to 775. I did as you asked but it didn't help. It does not display a resizing border with little handles like I get in Firefox.

Any help regarding the issue is greatly appreciated.

I've used FCKEditor on another site and I love it so I am frustrated that this installation doesn't seem to want to work. Uploading a file doesn't work although Fckedit says it went OK. It didn't work. This time the editor didn't load at all on any browser though... Download FCKeditor from http://www.fckeditor.net/download. It is also deleted all setting for excluded/included cases.
