Using adatptive theme with at commerce subtheme and browscap block dev version. Since browscap is a server-side behavior that runs in php it will only alter behavior of your Drupal page if page caching is not active. Or just go to the project's issue list. You have to report that in the browscap issue queue. Problem: the site (http://nkdyp2016.nl/) loads on mobile as if it were a desktop browser. I tried uploading the browscap.ini file both in ASCII mode and Binary mode (ftp modes). EDIT: fixed, see below.
