Not a ground wire issue. Look at the slots where the fuse blades go into the fuse box, then try wiggling the fuse around sideways and see it it makes intermittent contact. D fuse? You do not want to be the first one to get experimented on. Another thread said it is affiliated with the IOD fuse but it is not blown and when I pulled & replaced it my interior lights went off & then on. I dont think this is the same fuse. . . .
