Dodge Dakota Brake Lights Not Working

once again the problem has occured 3 months after replacing the switch for a seccond time. i am not sure how to check the relay. Does anybody have any idea what might cause this? PPE Dual CP3's.

Does anybody have any idea what might cause this? I can pump the gas and it will stay running but if i hold the peddle down or let off it will die. If i turn my emergency flashers (hazourds) off. Fuses all OK.
