- After playing with keys on the USB keyboard, I figured out the only way to get the laptop keyboard to work is to press the left ctrl key.
- He suggested I try a USB keyboard, which I did and it worked properly.
- I accidentally fixed the problem once...don't know how though.
- I'm really getting tired of all the wasted time and the consistent problems.
